1st Day of School

Alex was an official 1st grader yesterday! I decided I would park my car at school and walk to work for some extra excercise. Alex and I walked up to school but she told me I didn't need to hold her had. Then I asked if I could have a kiss and she said "how about a hug"....little snot :-)

She has two teachers, Mrs. Reichley who is her homeroom teacher and Mrs. Fertetta. Mrs. Reichley teaches math, science and religion and Mrs. Fertetta teaches language arts. So far she knows she has about 4 classmates from kindergarten in her class. They did a staggered start this week by the kids' last name so we won't know how many are in her class from last year until 8/28.
